To schedule an inspection you can give us a call, or click here for our contact page. We will need access inside the house for your inspection. We can get access by either a combo box or supra, but we do need a CBS code for your Supra boxes.
Once we have inspected your roof we will let you now if it is in the best interest of the seller to file the roof with their insurance. We will meet with the sellers insurance adjuster to ensure we can get as much of the roof covered as possible.
If your client(s) would like to pay for the roof without an insurance claim we can get you a cash bid offer. This can be paid at closing as well as the deductible if you are filing an insurance claim. We do require an active closing date for all fund at close files.
Whether you are working with the seller or buyer we have processes set in place to ensure both parties are happy with the new roof! From shingle color to the final walk through we try to keep both parties involved so there are no surprises at any time.
Each job we complete does come with either a 1-Year (repairs) or 5-Year (new roof) workmanship warranty. During a fund at close transaction there will be no fee associated with the warranty transfer. After the first transfer and for warranties over 1 year old there will be a $250 transfer fee that may also be paid at closing.
